It all comes together in a dramatic conclusion in the final book of the series！ Right from the start， this book sets a fast but steady pace， exciting events transpire， one after the other。 The complexities of being a commander， with all the decisions falling on Pieter are so realistic。 Ok， so he does berate himself constantly， but his amazing dragon， Gloriox， sets him straight！ With so much riding on Pieter， he will do anything to save the people and the Dragons from the Draznar and their queen。 It all comes together in a dramatic conclusion in the final book of the series！ Right from the start， this book sets a fast but steady pace， exciting events transpire， one after the other。 The complexities of being a commander， with all the decisions falling on Pieter are so realistic。 Ok， so he does berate himself constantly， but his amazing dragon， Gloriox， sets him straight！ With so much riding on Pieter， he will do anything to save the people and the Dragons from the Draznar and their queen。 Pieter and his army are beaten back time and time again， until I could hardly breathe from the anticipation！ Pieter finally accepts that mistakes do not define who one is， he learns that the only way， is forward。 His siblings finally see Pieter as a great Commander and not the insecure young man he was。 I really found the battle scenes compelling and I particularly loved the ending！ It felt to me as if a circle was slowly drawn， starting from book 1 and the 2 ends met perfectly and cohesively。 Great seriesI received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review。 。。。more

Loved reading this book。 For Pieter， going home is a little awkward for him and he finds it no longer feels like him home。 Will he be able to get his brother and sister to work with him to stop the draznar queen or will it be left to just his army？ Pieter faces many failures and successes during this campaign and many more loss of dragons and their riders。 Will he be able to stay in control and not lose it due to his failures that he takes as his own personal failures for everyone。 Will he and R Loved reading this book。 For Pieter， going home is a little awkward for him and he finds it no longer feels like him home。 Will he be able to get his brother and sister to work with him to stop the draznar queen or will it be left to just his army？ Pieter faces many failures and successes during this campaign and many more loss of dragons and their riders。 Will he be able to stay in control and not lose it due to his failures that he takes as his own personal failures for everyone。 Will he and Rosa be able to finally admit their feelings for each other and make a future for themselves？ Enjoy the final book in this Trilogy and don't jump ahead for you know not what you will be missing。I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review。 。。。more
